My New Favorite Dressing!

I made Kale-Slaw with Curried Almond Dressing (Get the recipe here: http://www.healthyveganrecipes.net/video/curry-salad-dressing ).  It was great, but we really flipped over the dressing!

The Creamy Curried Amond Dressing is wheat-free, gluten-free, soy-free and oil free.  It’s made from raw almonds (makes it really thick and creamy) apple cider vinegar, a touch of maple syrup, garlic, freshly grated ginger, Dijon mustard (I used regular yellow mustard) and curry powder.

It tastes divine!  It can be used as a dip or salad dressing.  Soooo good!
